“Is red light on headset susposed to cut off while it is charging?”

• No Cammie, the red light should stay on and then turn white when fully charged. Be sure you are using the correct USBmini cable (I think that is what it is called) to ensure a proper connection. Not all cables are the same. I noticed for instance when I use another of my similar cables I plug it in and then it wiggle loose and the red light goes off. Red light going off is bad.
