• My wife's iPhone 6 won't connect but my iPhone 7 connects quickly. Also, earlier iPad doesn't connect, even though it is the lastest IOS. Not sure why!

• Check your Wi-Fi connection on your cell phone. Depending on where you are trying to use it. I have had problems with mine in certain areas. Some times I had to disconnect from Wi-Fi
