It comes with as USB charging cable and another cable that can be used to not use the battery that makes the headphones like all other non-Bluetooth headphones. This cable has a microphone and can be used to make calls

Yes. Charge cord is included. The headphones have a built in mic for use with your phone. Haven't used it to make a call, so I can't attest to the sound quality on calls.

Yes it does come with usb cable and I use mine for talking on the phone as well. Not while driving I don't know if you can wear headphones while driving here but the passenger definitely can.

It does come with a charging USB but I wouldn't recommend driving with these. They cancel a lot of the noise around you.

Yes, the headphone comes with a charging device that you could use with your computer or even in the car. I paired mine with my phone's bluetooth to stream music and if a call comes it, I'm able to use it as well. Although, I don't recommend wearing them while driving - since the headphones go over both ears, in some states that is not allowed.
