• No,not directly. However, you can use something like a DJ mixer, for example. Connect microphone to DJ mixer, connect mixer to the line input of the speaker. Set the input on the Sony speaker to Line input.

• This does not except a speaker phone altough you can use karaoke app on phone/tablet device hooked up to unit.

• No direct connection. But if your mic has an equalizer or a main base with rca connection I believe it's possible. I have not tried that.
