Yes it will be loud enough. We have one in a 3000 square foot shop. I haven’t used a headset so I can’t answer that.

My house is over 2500 sq. ft. and can hear the music fine with all the walls in the way. Now, as for Bluetooth, I can say for sure I can easily connect my phone that way and I must say btw that the connection is pretty strong (with walls and all).
