- Answer The xb90 has a 16 hour battery. The xb7 has no battery and needs to be plugged into power. The xb90 has more distortion at hi volume. Hope this helps.

- Answer The speaker has a line input (pair of rca jacks). If you had a microphone pre-amp with line outputs, you could connect it that way, but you cannot connect a microphone to it directly.

- Answer Hi Chris! We absolutely love this speaker. My daughter uses it in her room and easily moves it to the basement for entertaining her friends. She loves the light show variety and all the kids can play their music off their phones to have an even larger playlist. The speaker never disconnects from Bluetooth like others we have tried. The speaker has a great look, too! Enjoy!!
