They come with 4 different ear pieces. Now I haven't done anything aggressive with them like running or exercising, but they stay in your ear pretty well. I imagine a lot of that has to do with being able to choose the right size earpiece. They haven't fell out on me while walking around or with sudden movements or anything, but ymmv. I would take the plunge as for the quality, they are well more than worth it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Kinda....they don't fall out. It's more dependant on your usage. For instance. I tend to listen to music in one ear to take calls at a call center with low volume music. But these, while they don't fall out, the opposite side that isnt in your ear droops due to it's weight resulting in a lack of comfort, and extreme annoyance. I recommend a solid headband and tie it to the headphones to prevent the drooping. It's totally worth the effort.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They will slide around on my neck some but they have not come out my ears even when jogging. If you use the cord connector to connect both cords together it will cinch them securely around your neck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used mine for walking and jogging 4 miles and they stay in my ears very well. There is a cord connector attached to the left earbud cord that you can connect the right earbud cord to make them more secure around your neck. I have used them both with the cords connected and without and they stay in my ears either way but using the connector does keep the neckband more secure around your neck. I love mine but everybody may not like having dangling cords when not in your ears. If I have a shirt pocket I put mine in my pocket when out of my ears temporarily or wrap them around my neck and over my shoulder but generally they stay in my ears because they are so comfortable and sound so good! I am getting about ten hours of listening to music on a single charge and maybe a few phone calls also.
