A: They are charged via micro USB. There is a charging cord but not adapter. Most devices that charge via Micro USB no longer include the adapter because most people have a ton of them from cell phones and other devices that included them over the years.
Q: Do they vibrate when you receive a call?
A: No they do not vibrate, they silence what you are listening to and plays a little beeping song letting you know you are getting a call.

A: They come with 4 different ear pieces. Now I haven't done anything aggressive with them like running or exercising, but they stay in your ear pretty well. I imagine a lot of that has to do with being able to choose the right size earpiece. They haven't fell out on me while walking around or with sudden movements or anything, but ymmv. I would take the plunge as for the quality, they are well more than worth it.
