• 15 days for standard return window. 30 days for Elite. And 45 days for Elite Plus. I'd recommend attempting to use one of the other provided ear tips before proceeding to return.

• Putting them in with a twist (like the picture in the packaging showed) really helped me when they didn’t stay in at first.

• Have you tried using the smaller ear buds that come along with product? I could honestly say that i've been through these slipping out of my ear. Up until i used the proper fit ear buds, and it was resolved.

• You should be able to, I don't see why not. Honestly I returnedmine for similar reasons. Nothing should worry you unless the original packaging is messed up. As long as everything is there.
