15 days for standard return window. 30 days for Elite. And 45 days for Elite Plus. I'd recommend attempting to use one of the other provided ear tips before proceeding to return.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried using the smaller ear buds that come along with product? I could honestly say that i've been through these slipping out of my ear. Up until i used the proper fit ear buds, and it was resolved.
