no it is not, but there are a slew of others that are and if you live or work directly under a mmWave tower your 5G phone will pick it up or if you live in a city where Sub-6 5G has been deployed and isn't much better than 4G+ at this time. Tack on 5G tax for a phone incapable of 5G speeds due to a network, all networks that have just started to implement 5G and you'll be ready for another upgrade 2 years down the road when 5G might be a nationwide reality.
