“Has anybody that pre ordered this from best buy actually get it yet? I ordered mine July 15 and haven't heard a peep about it when those who ordered through Sony on that date got theirs already.”

Nope, Best Buy seems to be doing their Best to ghost everyone on this. I ordered mine on July 6 and have received only one update highlighting the mid Aug release dates. Call/chat with customer service and they have zero info in front of them to provide any insight. If Sony is not diligently updating major vendors like Best Buy shame on them. If this extends into October I'm done. Only so much patience for this product and lack of customer information. I did receive the headphones by the way, which are nice. But would have rather received the phone and be left wondering where the headphones were.
