• Not certified, nor does it have a warranty, only a 15 day store return policy. I just posted a review on this phone with all the details. I even called Sony, they stated clearly they do not warranty their refurbished Xperia phones.

• It is refurbished by BestBuy Geek Squad and my phone came with a Motorola charger, not a Sony.

• It's actually refurbished by BestBuy. At least mine was. And No, it comes with a really weak Motorola charger that I would throw away as soon as I opened the box. It would charge it overnight, but it wont keep up if you are watching Netflix or YouTube while charging with it.

• I'd like to point out that the phone does come shipped with a 90-day Best Buy warranty contrary to what a previous user stated.
