• Per Sony's White Paper Specs for the M4 Aqua, there is no Gyroscope. there is no special "Best Buy" model as far as I know.

• Yes to this phone by Best Buy. I cant speak for other sellers but Best Buy's one: This Sony Xperia M4 Aqua does have The Gyroscope Sensor. I know this because I chatted with one of the Best Buy Employees about this
