• A:Answer Bestbuy is pretty awesome with things like this but it's only 14days with receipt or have your rewards info like a ph number to show proof of purchase. They'll take it back no questions asked. At least they did for me. I got a brand new Xperia X performance replaced (not a refurbished) when the simcard reader stopped working. That's the only known issue this phone has. If it's passed 14day window you have a year with Sony manufacturer warranty but only for a replacement or another Sony device. As far as I know they won't just give you your money back. I think you will really like this device though. I love it.
