• A:Answer Yes it will if your desktop has a Bluetooth chip built in (if you aren't sure check the specs of your desktop). If it doesn't have Bluetooth built in you can probably buy a usb Bluetooth adapter. All wireless earbuds require Bluetooth. They work with my Windows 10 laptop.
