Depending what side your using, its works on the right side, also they are very sensitive to background noise.

To fix address your issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips: - Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger, etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference. - Forget the Bluetooth history. - Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case and remain the case open. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until all the earbud LED indicators flash white 3 times slowly. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally. - Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
