• Place it back in holder and take it back out. Hit the power button on case and you should be good to go

• It might be in stereo mode or they may have just not paired to each other. I believe the case has a button that you either hold or tap do one of those and it should blink. After that you can reconnect to Bluetooth and they should work. You should refer to the manual for the controls.
