“How to fully charge the headphones? Should the case be opened while plugged in?”

• Just put the earbuds in the case and plug the case in. i would close the case as the case will be "on" with it open. make sure you peel the plastic off the earbuds or they wont charge.

• I bought three of theses. Currently using one. Doesn't want to charge. Tried two different cables and bricks.. Two hour charge each time still 10%. Called customer service. They said it should be charging either way opened or closed unit sounds defective return it. Sad since sound is good and just bought last week.
