“What is the difference between the Soundcore P20i (available elsewhere) and the P25i? They both seem to have the charging case, even though Best Buy does not mention it explicitly for the P25i.”

If BB has the same headphones with a different model number It doesn't have to price match them. They are P20i on amazon but cheaper.
