    • Answer Wireless headphones don't require a wire to connect to the audio source. The audio is instead transmitted via Bluetooth. They're not called true wireless because they still have a wire running between the earpieces. Wireless headphones are available as on-ear/over-ear headphones and as earbuds. You can tell the difference because the two earpieces are actually connected. True wireless headphones don't have any wires whatsoever. They connect to the audio source using Bluetooth (and sometimes 2.4GHz wireless), and each earpiece is physically independent. True wireless headphones are only available as earbuds. Each pair of true wireless headphones has a primary and a secondary earpiece. The primary earpiece is connected to the audio source and sends the signal onto the secondary earpiece.

This is typically a USB-C port. 2. Use the charging cable that came with the headphones to connect them to a power source. Operating: 1. Bluetooth Pairing: Put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button or a dedicated Bluetooth button until you see a blinking light or hear a pairing sound. Then, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device and select the Q20i from the list of available devices. 2. Play/Pause Music: There's a button on the ear cup you can press once to play or pause music. 3. Volume Control: There are usually volume up and down buttons. Press them to adjust the volume. 4.     • Answer Best Buy needs to update their specifications for this product as they correctly note that they are not water resistant, but unless the response from the manufacture is wrong, the specifications say these are "water proof".

  • QuestionCan I plug this into a Jack on an airplane and listen? Like when you fly and the airplane has a show on so I can hear? It doesn’t show it as a fare but yet a prior question says you can. Does anyone know where it actually says this? Or can confirm that?

    • Answer Yes. The headphones have the standard 3.5mm headphone jack and come with the 3.5mm cord, as well. You can use these to plug into anything that has a standard headphone jack, including planes.
