The Soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds indeed support downloading sleep music. However, to minimize Bluetooth transmission during the night, you can turn off the Bluetooth connection. The earbuds will automatically turn off their Bluetooth transmission if they are not connected to a Bluetooth device for several minutes. If you still wish to ensure no Bluetooth transmission, you can use the earbuds with downloaded sleep tracks while they are not actively connected to your phone or other Bluetooth devices, keeping the connection off throughout the night.
