si suprimen bastante el sonido aun sin musica, pero a tu caso te recomiendo tapones para los oidos si no quieres escuchar musica o bien unos mas pequeños

You'll probably have to adjust the sleep timer that shuts the headphones off when not actively in use. If recommend playing some drone music or maybe soft lofi music with it to help block out the world.
