“Will this work with a 2007 Ford Edge ? Is it a replacement player like did I have to have an existing one like this or can it be put in a vehicle that never had one”

No it comes with the headrests with the TV already inside, with propper wires and hardware. I do recommend to get these professionally installed though, lots of wierd wire hookups
