Developers or console makers (Sony, Microsoft) may make this available sooner if they choose, but this will most likely be part of a package. As it is this game has been delayed for over a year now. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the gamers club unlocked!!! Well worth it! When I first signed up it was $99! It's now $30! Do it!!!

The season pass is a way to pre pay for all of that content, at a discount.
