- Answer Yes. Gold SteelBook Edition includes the complete South Park: The Fractured But Whole game, plus the Season Pass, and more which is the SoT in it. Reports from the company also say base game includes it as well.

- Answer I'm sure that the code will be extended once the game is released. I do not think the promotion will go away as this is the same type of promotion that Dishonored 2 did with their original game.
