• I'm sure that the code will be extended once the game is released. I do not think the promotion will go away as this is the same type of promotion that Dishonored 2 did with their original game.

• The code for the stick of truth doesn't expire until next year.

• Code is packaged with game. My code expires JAN 2018. Unsure if they all do. Digital purchases (pre-orders) received Stick of Truth upon purchase I believe as well.

• You have to wait until you get the game, which at this point is not an issue. Stick of Truth is about 10 hours long, and does connect to Fractured But Whole so I recommend playing it first.
