QuestionHow do I charge it? I just received this speaker and I cannot get anything to light up when I plug it in! I don’t know if the cord is faulty or what? I’ve plugged it directly into a USB outlet and also to an adapter and then into an outlet. Nothing lights

- Answer There's an extremely small red light between the minus "-" and power butter. When plugged in, if it's slowly blinking (which means you have to watch it for awhile as it will turn off for awhile, then on for awhile), it's charging. If solid, it's fully charged. If it's fastly blinking it's less than 15% charged.

- Answer Right of the power mode is the volume down and next there is a flap that you need to open and it is where the USB cable goes.
