Yes, it will charge if you put the pencil against the iPad; not in the sleeve slot.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe so, I got a different case, so I didn’t actually try it, but it does have the cutout and space to fit, and has a snap shut that would secure it. Just be sure to make sure the case is flat, not warped and I feel it would be a good case.

Please try again later.there is a spot for the apple pencil to sit(while connected to the ipad) while the case is closed! it even has a latch to close the case fully so it doesn't open/the pen won't fall out somehow! if you are in store i noticed there were some of the same brand that didn't have the spot so make sure you're buying the ones that say on the packaging it does! hope this helps :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the case doesn’t cover the charging edge of the iPad so the Apple Pencil can attach. The case, however, does extend past the edge enough to cover an attached pencil.
