“Those who have used this case for months, has it lived up to it'd non-yellowing? Also, in all other clear cases I've seen that it gets a water "rainbow" mark in the back of the phone, maybe from oil. Is that true with this one as well?”

I've had mine for about a year and a half and it is getting discolored. Besides that I have no complaints. I've dropped several times and no damage to my phone.
