- Answer Contact HP direct by calling the dedicated toll-free service line for Spectre purchases. Give them the serial number of your laptop, and they should be able to provide you with the correct power cord.

- Answer Yes it is running an onboard 620 graphics card. It is not made for high performance gaming. But for everything else it is going to be fine.

- Answer You can probably download Spanish as additional language through the windows 10 and also choose to add the International English keyboard layout (everything is done through simple windows configurations). These allow you to form special characters as Ñ, Ê, Ö and everything else
