• I'm not sure when it came out, but it does come with a sleeve.

• I purchased my 1st Spectre 360 in January 2017, and it came with a sleeve, but not a stylus. I'll assume it is a 2016 model. I purchased my 2nd Spectre 360 (smaller, lighter version) this past December, and it came with with a stylus and sleeve, as your image shows. So it must be a 2017 model. I give both 4.5 stars for operation, once you get used to Windows 10, and 5 stars to HP's dedicated Spectre service line for technical issues (mostly dealing with software issues).
