I loved everything about it until this week I noticed the case splitting in front between the case and the one piece keyboard/surface. I have it on my desk 99% of the time and the few time I brought it out was in a thick cushioned case. Hopefully covered since I bought it 15 months ago.

This PC was purchased for my work in commercial wireless network design, to run Ekahau Site Survey and the MS Office suite. Ekahau Site Survey is a very powerful surveying and planning tool for use in planning and evaluating large wireless networks. I've done warehouses up to 750,000 square feet with it, as well as factories, office buildings, schools, medical facilities, and so on. It uses data collections via multiple Network Interface Cards to build a database, and advanced mathematics to show available coverage in a surveyed building. It can also place Access Points in a subject facility, which is even more compute intensive. I've been using an i5-based Ultrabook, since it is light and easy to handle, but it's gotten some years behind it, so it was time to look at upgrades. This PC will calculate coverage maps and create reports in about half the time it took to do the same with the previous PC. It is lighter, and has better graphics. It also computes predictive placement of APs similarly fast. The only downside is that it is too "pretty" to take into some of the hostile environments I survey. For that, I'll keep the old, less glamorous Ultrabook, but I'll take the collection of data from the older laptop (using a USB flash drive) and map/report it on the Spectre x360. It looks to be an excellent acquisition. Battery life is good. I use a "slice" battery on the Ultrabook, which nearly doubles its weight to about 2.5 kg. With that, I can survey for an eight hour day and have 30-35% of total battery remaining. The Spectre x360 looks as if it is going to have similar run time, without the external battery. Time will tell, but if I can survey for six hours on a charge, it will be excellent. And I've neared that with over 40% battery remaining so far.

After several months of research, I was stuck between a Apple pro, Microsoft and a HP Spectre. Multiple visits to best buy store, conversations and questions with store associates. I chose a HP spectre and I have no regrets. sleek smooth design. 8Gb speed and 256Gb flash drive. its enough to power through grad school and still keep you as a professional. The future hardware ability I cannot vouch, but the present status is a perfecto.

After a long research between Apple, Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell and even Google Pixelbook laptops - HP X360 is the BEST possible solution for any business person. HP was able to get everything that you need for everyday use into one super light, portable and powerful machine. STRONGLY recommend to anyone!!!

This is a great versatile laptop and offers great value for its price. I was looking for a laptop that was lightweight and convertible, but would still give me the option of using it in true laptop form (as opposed to the Surface Pro). I had looked at laptops like the Surface Book before buying this model and felt the Spectre x360 offered the best price and value, sleekest design, and best functionality. I also appreciate that HP includes so many bonus items in the box, which many other brands do not - the extension cable, stylus, and even a carrying sleeve. I truly only needed to pay for the laptop, no added fees for accessories needed. The 2 reasons I did not give this 5 stars are because 1) the contact with the charger and the port could be better. I often found that I had to really push the charger in to get my laptop to start charging, and could easily knock the charger out of contact with the port by very slightly moving or touching the laptop. 2) The screen, while great in its multi use functionality, is very reflective and there can be a big glare in bright light settings.

Got this laptop after doing a fair amount of research. The display is nice and the boot times are impressive. The windows ink feature with the specs of this model (new model already available) made it a better option than the surface/surface laptop. The fan is noticeable when under heavy load but not obnoxious. Very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend.

This laptop was much better than I had expected, I recommend seeing it in store, you too will be surprised at the quality of materials. The windows hello camera makes sign in a snap, and the included active pen works excellently. You get great battery life, multi-touch screen, 2-in-1 capabilities, in a laptop that is no slouch when it comes to processing tasks due to the core i7 on board. Try it, you will like it! And it regularly goes on sale, so keep an eye out!

I love my Spectre! I've had it since Feb. 2018 and it still functions beautifully. The speed allows efficiency whilst looking at videos or simply doing multiple things at once. The quality of the pixels is still crisp and the various functions still impress me. Whether I flip it into tablet mode while editing pictures, or using the light under the keyboard when working late, using the touch-screen to interact with things on the screen practically becomes second nature. It all comes in handy. Not to mention the size of it is convenient for transport when necessary. I love the sleek feel and --honestly, it was a concern, but how thin it is doesn't interfere with how it operates at all. Now, since mine is an older model, it does have an issue with the fan stopping and causing the battery to overheat at times. But I have a Geek Squad membership when it happens every few months or so and they tell me this occurrence isn't much of a matter in more current models though. Thanks to this HP Spectre x360 2-1 13.3" laptop, I would gladly recommend its successors with full confidence. When the time finally comes for me to upgrade again, it'll be with a heavy heart.

First off, the look of this laptop is stunning. Then the performance is very fast, quiet, and able to actually be used on a lap it is not hot. I haven't stress tested battery life, but I anticipate around 8 hours or so, which is great. Screen is super clear, colors vivid, and just a huge upgrade for me.

As a small machine that has good features, I give this an overall positive review. The keyboard is good and responsive, and it has the ability to use the stylus pen, which is provided with the computer. I like to use the stylus for taking notes in a meeting, and I can take notes directly in Word and they get translated into normal text, despite my 'not so great' handwriting. The speakers are really good for this type of machine. The screen resolution is great and so far using touch on the screen has worked well. I was a little flustered at first because it would not speak to my HP printer over the wireless, but I have resolved this. This computer is very light-weight. So, I can grab it and take it to my office when needed without beating up my back at all. The only bummer is the lack of ports. Only a couple of USB ports and there is no way to connect an HDMI or external monitor (maybe wireless?). Overall, this is a solid machine. There are still a lot of those nuisances that Microsoft builds into each operating system that seem to provide interrupting pop-ups at the worst time.

I like this laptop as a small, easy to carry, and lightweight machine. I mainly use this now as a replacement for my iPad, as I find having the functions of a PC come in handy. The pen function works well, and easily converts handwritten notes into text for a Word document. All apps run without issue. The speakers are great for this machine. The screen quality is excellent. Battery life has been excellent thus far. The major drawback is that there is no way to add a non-wireless screen. I was hoping to go dual screen and use it with my large screen, but there is no port for a VGA or HDMI connection. The touch screen works well. I like the keyboard set-up better than the Dell that I have at work. As with virtually all Windows machines, there is some crapware on the machine. The only one that is annoying is McAfee. I used a different security tool but McAfee keeps reminding me that my trial has run out. Also, as a 2-1, it is easy to use both the tablet and PC modes, and to quickly switch between both. Despite the diminutive size, this laptop has a solid feel.

I purchased this as a back up to my main desktop computer and it is a great product. Attractive, lightweight , beautiful screen and very fast. Nice backlit keyboard with a good feel to it while typing. I use a compact mouse and only rarely use the keypad, but that seems to work ok. We take it on our vacations and upload photos daily. I purchased a universal hub for the type "C"port that does just about everything with 3 extra usb ports, hdmi port and slots for camera and phone sd cards. I would recommend that you do the same. Came with pen which works great and a sleeve which I replaced with a briefcase type with multiple pockets, etc. This computer is a very good product. It would be perfect with a few more ports, but I solved that problem with the universal hub.

I got this for my business since our equipment is compatible with only Windows machine, even though I am a die hard Apple user. I am pretty impressed with the quality. It took me a while to get used to it but I am happy with it totally. My favorite part is that it's a touch panel screen, which I had no idea about. It was a pleasant surprise.
