I needed a lightweight computer as I travel frequently. This HP is not only lightweight, but it provides all the features I required with one exception (which is the only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5) - I prefer a computer with a side numeric keyboard, which this does not have.

Hold off on buying a mac until you try one of these guys, First generation has a terrible track pad. and battery is meh, however its what you would expect for such a solid display. Other than that, good luck finding anything wrong.

I use this traveling for work, very fast and very easy to use. not loaded with HP bloatware. I still like it even over a year later. I think thats something to be said about a piece of technology when you are still happy with it after a couple of years.

This 2-in-1 laptop and tablet looks super sleek and professional. It can handle everyday tasks as well as some light gaming and photo editing with its i7 cpu. The included stylus was a very nice addition as well.

I purchased thjs one after my initial purchase had a battery issue which caused a return. How can I praise this laptop as it deserves? I took it home and immediately installed Mint LInux on it, and this laptop works like a charm. HP products are very Linux friendly, just remember to turn on Legacy Boot in bios first. The screen is sharp, bright, and looks great. The weight is perfect for taking with me to get work done at outside locations. The laptop has a good amount of RAM, the SSD is snappy, and boots Linux Mint quickly. While not a gaming machine, it does ok for the occasional game of Civilization V. One of my absolute favorite parts is the USB-C charging. All laptops need to do this IMO. The thunderbolt ports are fast, and with a dongle can be attached to my Ethernet connection at full speed of the Thunderbolt port. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my 16 year old daughter for Christmas. Compact and rugged.

I love this lightweight laptop. I especially love the versatility of being able to use this in tablet form. The only feature that is missing that would make it better is a back-lit keyboard.

So far, I am very happy with this purchase. Just what I was looking for.

High performance, beautifully designed laptop. Long battery life, very light and easy to carry, and definitely eye catching. Bought to use for my personal use--surfing the web, blogging, bills, etc. Worth every penny! Very user friendly.

Early xmas gift and he is using it and loves all aspects of computer

I was due for a new laptop and looked at quite a few before I settled on this one. It’s light, thin, and can be use as a tablet (although I haven’t really used it that way). It was on sale and so far so good.

I like the spectre laptop by HP very much. It works great, fast start up and shut down. Very light and easy to carry around. The solid state storage works great but is costly when you get up to 500gb. Otherwise a fantastic computer
