Q: QuestionDoes the fan on the HP - Spectre x360 2-in-1 15.6" loud? And does it have a history of overheating? And is windows 10 come programed already in the laptop or do we have to set it up?
Asked by Yoshi.
- A:Answer I am also facing the same laptop on my brand new laptop. I paid $1100 and never expected will go through this pain. I sent it for repair also. They confirmed they replaced the fan, but the problem is not resolved. I don't know whether they test it properly or not before sending back to us after the repair. I can reproduce the issue within 5 mins I login into the laptop. They say they never observed this issue on my laptop. HP should really work hard and make sure these types of issues should never occur at least on the flagship laptops where the customers are paying 4 digit monney.

Q: QuestionWhat percentage does it support for the sRGB and Adobe RGB colour spaces. I ask because I'd be using it for photo editing.
Asked by WhiteSatan.
- A:Answer I didn't buy the HP Spectra laptop for photo editing. But the geek squad technician said he had the exact same model an he uses it for photo an music editing. He was naming all these programs he uses in photoshop. I know it being 4K the resolution the colors just seem so brilliant. I hope that helps.

Q: QuestionCan you upgrade the battery in this laptop? Can you upgrade the RAM? Do I have to take it to GEEK Squad or HP to do this? It looks like the underneath of the laptop is sealed off.
Asked by Wootabeger.
- A:Answer I can't address upgrading the battery; but space considerations make it unlikely you can put a bigger (more powerful) battery in. As for RAM....no upgrades according to HP. The onboard memory is built into the mother board.
