• Yes it will work out of the box. They have a few different components depending on what you want via: trainer, force band or single bb8. It just depends on how much you want to spend. You can also buy the components separately. I bought the bb8/ trainer combo for my twelve year old and he loves it. You can practice with bb8 in one spot so that you can better feel how to control the little guy.
