“I pre-ordered this over a month ago and it still has not been sent to me. Yet, I am seeing people have already gotten theirs. Does anyone know why?”

• Have you tried calling Best Buy and asking why? I know its very simple, but most people are lazy to check. The order status is also posted on your account. If the item has been delivered, then it must be in a location which you have not checked
