QuestionI don't understand... Our local target had this in-stock and 25% off today. I ordered one from Best Buy 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Why is this item not available when multiple other stores have it?

- Answer The demand in each shop varies. Might be Bestbuy would have demand when they had in good deal compared to other retailers. As the season is ON, they have stocked up.

- Answer Luckily, I was fortunate enough to purchase the Hero Droid BB-8 at the retail price of 199.99. However, I did see the price increased thirty dollars. I would suggest checking back periodically, to see if there is a price reduction. Chances are, maybe the next holiday it may drop again. But this is just speculation. I wish you lucky.

- Answer Have you tried calling Best Buy and asking why? I know its very simple, but most people are lazy to check. The order status is also posted on your account. If the item has been delivered, then it must be in a location which you have not checked

QuestionNow, I have a question. This is reference to the "Two" rechargeable batteries. How many years will they accept a charge. Are the batteries replaceable? I did contact Spin Master and their answer was vague. Basically, they didn't know.
