“I'm having a hard time finding a band that will connect to my Fitbit 3. It seems that the new bands do not have the metal clip that's needed to make the connection. Is there something that I'm not doing or do I need another kind of band?”

This fits the charge 3 Fitbit. I got this as a replacement band in NY Best Buy when mine broke out there. No issues with it after 2 months so far.
