• There are a total of three pieces. One piece contains the clasp. The other two pieces are of different sizes. I’m using the smaller size band, that has 10 settings (holes, in which to insert the clasp’s tongue) and it fits perfectly, at the 5 hole mark. The other band is for much larger wrists. I’m sure one of the configurations will fit your wrist.

• Let me just say if you are the thicker side like a big& built you will need to purchase a different band

• It is for both sizes. The two sizes are enclosed in the package so you don’t have to worry about sizing.
