“The solar panel we bought with the Ring Camera has never charged the camera. There is no obstruction and it get well over 4 hours of sun. How do I confirm it is working? This was bought in December 2024 I have had to take the batteries out to charge”

Not being wise, but make sure the connection is fully inserted. If you go into your settings in the upper right corner, you should be able to see your batteries while the solar panel is in direct sunlight. You should see a little charging emblem. If the batteries get below 50% they never recover from the solar charger. That’s just my Personal opinion.
