“How long does the ice keep frozen? Most ice makers let the ice melt and recycle. I am needing the ice to keep frozen”

• It keeps it frozen as long as it's plugged in. The unit is a freezer in and of itself, so when the ice drops, it is kept cold enough to stay there for days. We go through ice fast in our house, so I don't believe we've tested it more than a couple of days. Might get some evaporation loss, but it stays frozen.
