• Thanks for asking! Yes, this will work with a laptop if you have a headset jack available in it. You will use this on our Square Dashboard (squareup.com/dashboard) through Virtual Terminal.

• Yes it also works on some pads.

• It should if you have a microphone port. I urge you to check BBB reviews for Square before you purchase. I made the mistake of not doing so and had a problem.
