You will get the dlc either way. It's on a paper inside the game.

Yes. You still get the preorder items. It is done via a code entered in on the Playstation store.

Yes you will. A code for the Preorder bonus content should either be printed on the receipt or sent to your given email address. If you have not received a code then send a message with Gaming-BBY as the recipient on the Best Buy forums and inform them that you are missing a code. They should send you an email with the code.
