As a BestBuy member, they were running a promotion that if you pre-order this title you would get $10 in rewards towards any next purchase. Great deal, you get the game on release day as well as a discount for your next purchase towards anything in store! I love Best Buy because they been doing promotions for Pre Orders which makes purchasing games on release so much more worth it. Before, I would rather wait till a game gets discounted because $60 for a release that hasn’t been released before and/or the first of its kind is always a risk. But because your offered a discount ahead of time it allows gamers to enjoy titles when they first come out instead of holding off for the game to go on sale! Please continue to offer Promotions Best Buy! Thank You!

Not sure what you asked was an actual question... but the “implication” seems to be, was that this game was only worth purchasing because it was eligible for the $10 bonus points? Assuming that was your question (I have no idea what your question was), then no, it’s worth the price of admission if you want a decent single player SW game...which haven’t existed in a decade.

Basically if you got the game early (pre-ordered) you paid $60 & they send you a $10 reward coupon (after game comes out for public) to apply to your next purchase at Best Buy.

The $10 reward is given with eligible game preorders. After your purchase, maybe a week or 2 later, a $10 credit is added to your Best Buy account.

When you pre order games from Best Buy and they have the 10$ reward, about 2 weeks after purchase you will receive a 10$ reward certificate to use towards your next purchase.
