• It seems they only get a few figures in at a time and not a whole case like Walmart. They don't know which ones their getting until it shows up in stores, similar to Walgreens.

• The cashier had to look it up, could not find it also when ringing it up. They are all in one package.

• That is on the manufacturer and Best Buy. They each have different sku (the figures) but Best Buy and Hasbro only pick one for their retail stores. This is why Brick Seek fails.

• I've been told that stores like Best buy and Walgreens MAY NOT get full cases of assorted figures in stock and a case may be divided up among 2 or more local area stores so the store would not have control of which figure/s of the 8 in a case they receive. Now if it is an exclusive then they can use a SKU
