“I have a stock alert waiting to see when this comes back in stock every time but I am still getting an issue when entering my shipping address and it is not available for in store pick up. How are we supposed to pre-order and check out with this system :(”

This was the same issue I was having when checking stock after seeing an alert, it was greyed out saying "coming soon". I was able to work around it by clicking the stock alert link inside of the email which redirected me and instead of saying "coming soon" It said "Pre-order" in yellow so I was able to get in line for one because of it. As of 9/1 I see it is "sold out" I do not believe this was an item intended for in store pickup as I had no choice and had to have it shipped to me.
