“I have two questions; I both have the Xbox series X and a high end PC. So, if I buy the PC version will it also be available on the Xbox? Will be cool to switch between the Xbox and the PC. And if I buy the PC version will it support using a controller?”

This game is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, so if you purchase for xbox you can play on xbox and on PC through the xbox games app. If you want to play it on Steam specifically though that will be a separate purchase. I am unsure however if the "Windows Version" gives a steam key or windows key for the microsoft store. Safest bet would be to buy for xbox so you can play both for sure.

If you want a key for both checkout the windows store their description says: "Base Game required (sold separately); Premium Edition Upgrade available only on Xbox Series X|S & Microsoft Store"
