Q: QuestionIf I do not get a good signal from the Mini onboard WIFI due to my motorhome inside a metal building, can I connect this Gen 3 router to my Mini and disable the onboard WIFI? If so what extra cable would I need between the Mini and the router?

• A:Answer This is the router for the actual satellite and only if you have a mobile satellite and data plan can you use it on the go otherwise it's pointless.

• A:Answer Yes it will and you'll need the residential satellite which is about $350 or so and the installation kit which varies in price hope this helps.

Starlink does not perform installations directly, however, Starlink maintains a list of recommended third-party installers in France, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland here. If you are not located close to a recommended third-party installer, we have had customers find success working with contractors in their local area that have experience with roof and external wall installations. Everything else for getting online, the Starlink will do automatically (boot up, connect, find satellites). • A:Answer Unfortunately Starlink only gives you a Gen 2 router and makes you pay for a Gen 3 upgrade I ran into the exact situation and I can't ever get one from them because they're literally always sold out completely!

• A:Answer The service plan starts at $120 per month and goes up depending on how much you need but I get like 150mbps and unlimited data for that and have had it going on 2 years and couldn't be happier.
