• I dont know but its super easy to mount it took me longer to finish my account than to mount unit.

• I am not sure but it was very easy to set up. I did it by myself. The hardest part was when I had to run the cable from the dish to the modem. The end of the cable is made funny and my house is on piers. I had to cut a big hole in my floor to run the cable to the modem.
