• yes, all u have to do is plug the usb into the xbox. all mice and keyboard can work with xbox/ps4 except the ones with pure bluetooth connectivity, with no usb or anything, like airpods.

• It comes with a “USB-C” dongle. If you can find a USB adapter from a USB-C then maybe. It’s meant for PC.
